Ouest Labs is a digital collective focused on web development and crafting modern digital experiences. Our Services include:

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify or create derivative works based on our content or code
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Site
  • Download any portion of the Site beyond standard page caching

4.3 Open Source Components

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ouest Labs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • That the content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ouest Labs, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) €100.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ouest Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ouest Labs regarding your use of the Site.
